【情景呈现】
节约能源或资源目前已成为社会共识,但在校园里浪费现象还是比较严重。请你以校英语报记者的身份,根据所给内容提示用英语写一篇150词左右的评论稿。

一、文体分析
1. 本文是议论文——针对某个社会现象提出见解或主张,以引起某个群体的关注。
2. 正文包含三个方面:现象、影响和主张。
3. 行文时要注意:
(1)紧密围绕主题;
(2)论点和论据之间要有逻辑关系,切忌牵强附会,可借助举例、排比、对比、类比、比喻等各种写作手法增强说服力;
(3)在明确各方责任和义务的前提下提出主张,主张务必合理才更容易让人接受。

Students tend to take school supplies for granted and thus the waste of supplies is seen everywhere. For example, classroom lights are left on overnight, taps are kept running and great amounts of plastic packaging are thrown away.
Obviously, such behaviour has brought about negative effects. It has not only added to schools’ financial burden, but also caused pollution. In such a case, should we just stand by?
Absolutely not. As for the school, it’s necessary to involve the whole campus in the effort by sharing ways to live green or running waste-to-energy projects. As teachers, they should lead by example. As far as students are concerned, they can make it a routine to walk or bike to school. In addition, they can reduce waste by turning off water taps and electrical devices when not in use and taking advantage of recyclable things like water bottles.
Only when everyone plays their role can a green campus be created.

The bike-sharing service gains great popularity across the country, with more companies springing up in the market. It actually provides a convenient, cheap and healthy means of transportation. Meanwhile, it helps decrease the number of cars on the roads, further reducing traffic jams and air pollution.
However, some problems have brought about inconvenience. Some uncivilized people damage shared bikes on purpose. Besides, they’re parked everywhere — at the bus station, on the pavement, under trees, etc., which may get in pedestrians’ way, and cause injury. So the following measures should be taken.
First, companies must establish rules to control such behaviour. Second, local governments should provide strong support for the service. Last but not least, every individual needs to raise awareness of promoting such an eco-friendly service, because we share the responsibility for protecting the earth.
In conclusion, only when local governments, companies and users all play their role, can bike-sharing be sustainable and enjoyable.
